Architecture
DSI has focused on outcomes, not logistics. As a designer Paul J. generally provides initial design parameters and construction methodologies, with both presentation and preliminary design skematics to initiate the project direction. Then, given the project is viable and clients are ready to proceed, DSI will team with an Engineering or Architectural office to either participate or sign over the production of Construction and or Bid Documentation. Providing on site Contract Administration upon request.
Industrial Engineering
There is in every designer an intrinsic fascination with the functionality of projects. How they work, and what makes them work better. Paul J. holds two U.S. Patents and has a bredth of experience in the detailing and presentation of products and projects; from Marine to Aeronautical and Architecture, he has an inate ability to develop a coesive design along with the ability to implement the testing and product development basics needed. Well thought out design premises that stand up to practical application.
