The narrow and steep site sat on Serpentine Road, a well traveled street and next to a dense industrial area, presenting a challening design senario. The owners needed a very large show room and equally sized warehouse area to serve an increasing demand for upscale renovations and new construction. The show room is spacious and elegantly planned with office space adequate for administration, and in close proximity to the warehouse area below.
