Harbor Road

This three story rambling building built right on Harbor Road across from Hamilton Harbor, was a long version construction project, even by Bermudian standards. The original Owner had built upon the project year after year, which concerned neighboors and aggrevated Planners. None the less, DSI agreed to help facilitate the completion of this project for the incoming Onwer and with it to navigate the many intersting nuances of pre-determined room layouts, with challenges to vertical access and organization of gardens, pool and parking areas into a cohesive design that was ultimately finished.
