This 7,449 s.f. single family residence was designed for a deep lot with beautiful 100 year old oaks. These site conditions led to the Craftsman style 2 storey frame structure we designed. The Lower level contained the living areas with the master bed room and bath. No expense was spared on the Kitchen and a full pantry room for the retired couple, along side a formal dining room and a breakfast area. Upstairs were 4 additional bed rooms and 2 more bath rooms. Wrap around porches front and back connected to a three car garage with workshop and 2nd level storage and mechanical space.
